South Australian Film Corporation has chosen Reel-Scout™ as its location, project, and crew management solution. In doing so, South Australian Film Corporation becomes the 5th film studio in Australia to use Reel-Scout™.
Reel-Scout™ will provide a digital location library as well as a contact, project, and crew management system -- all of which will allow the office to refine current practices, respond quickly to inquiries, manage productions and work more closely with its clients.
In addition to the location library and contact and project management system, South Australian Film Corporation has also enlisted Reel-Scout to build an iPhone app that will market all South Australian locations.
South Australia is a state in the southern central part of Australia covering some of the most arid parts of the continent. With a total land area of 379,725 square miles, it is also the fourth-largest of Australia's states and territories. Approximately 1.7 million people live in South Australia with more than 75 percent residing in and around its capital Adelaide.
