Reel-Scout’s SaaS (Software as a Service) licensing provides software services on demand. With this model, all hardware costs (e.g., server, memory, large disk storage), hosting fees (e.g., web server software, security, and virus protection), and management are included. The implementation fee is paid up front, and the fees for the on-going managed hosting services are paid quarterly or annually. The SaaS model provides the film office with an all-inclusive, regularly-budgeted fee and a worry-free technical environment.
