Ed Henegar – Founder, President & Corporate Strategist
As founder and president, Ed is responsible for all company strategy and operations as well as the initiation and management of all client relationships and expectations. With all projects, Ed creates, reviews and validates project direction and content. He holds two degrees from Duke University.
Wendi Le – Principal, Senior Project Manager & Client Support
As Senior Project Manager, Wendi manages, directs, and oversees all company projects. Heavily involved in the development of the structure and architecture of all company work, Wendi is ultimately responsible for the successful delivery of all projects. As such, she also manages project plans and milestones for all clients and serves as team lead on system, unit, and user testing & validation. She holds two degrees from the University of Virginia.
Rick Poon – Senior Architect and Designer
As Reel-Scout's chief architect, Rick has over 14 years of experience in the design and development of front-end applications to support new business concepts and processes as well as the day-to-day maintenance and enhancement of existing websites. Rick’s wide creative and technical strengths makes him company lead for user-interface graphic design, logo design, development and enforcement of website style and layout, and corporate design/branding initiatives. He holds a degree from the University of California - Irvine.
Chi Le – Senior Engineer and Database Modeler
As Senior Engineer, Chi has over 18 years experience in implementing large scale, n-tier corporate applications and e-commerce websites within fast-paced/start-up environments. She is skilled in designing and developing high volume, time response critical, multilingual, international software and internet applications. Chi holds a degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
Sarah Le – Designer and Locations Photographer
A creative visual artist, Sarah manages many of our website and graphic design projects. She is also our chief locations photographer, handling everything from image capture, correction, to quality control. Also as a Project Team Member, Sarah contributes to all phases and aspects of a project – from managing deadlines to managing people. No one is better at behind-the-scenes organization or at moving things along internally. She holds a degree from Meredith College.
Jillian Stewart – Testing Team Lead and Data Support
As Testing Team lead, Jill is responsible for putting each finished project through its paces, uploading location images, and validating that things are as they should be.
Ginish Angawar – Data Migration and Conversion Specialist
The newest member to our team, Ginish leads all integration, migration and conversion efforts. No two clients’ data are the same and merging existing information into Reel-Scout™ is a critical phase for all our projects.
